i have paid Rs. 2600+200 against Id [protected] for the package 1 year. i have not received the channels of entire Sun Network.On 22/09/09 received bal amount as Rs. 2, 821/- but on 23/09/09 it shows of Rs. 1, 268/- where is the remaining amount.

Is your account active there could be a possible deactivation, get in touch with Tata Sky cc and check your acoount status if it is a hardware problem they will arrange for a technician visit.

Useless and non working TATA SKY Service

My tata sky has been stopped working since 10 jul 2011. After following up no body has ever cared to see what is happening. After follow ups with these peopl, CS guided the steps which were not worth. Still it is not working.
We had launched complaint with them on[protected] morning. No body till now has come up for solving the issue.
Complaint No:1- [protected].
Attend it my complaint immediately on personal basis and get it resolved before end of this day.

Tata Sky — set box is not working
I have registered a complaint to tata sky DTH (cable tv connection direct to home) , about set box provided by company . Set box is not working .re d light is swich off. Complaint no on Date[protected].please Company engineeres send to my home early I hope. I have taken connection on 18.04.2012 with consumer ID [protected] after one and half month tata sky was not working then i checked the balance they told that zero balance but at the time of installation they told that 2 month subscription is free then also i recharged Rs.180.00 just because they were telling that zero balance after recharge also tata sky was not working then i lodged a complaint to customer care. they sent service man and he took three days to confirm that problem with set top box. fourth day he came with a very old(used one) set top box which is full of scratches and the terminals are got rusted i insisted for new one with service person then they told that call to cc and replaced then i called to cc for replacement of set top box with a new one then they told that it will take 24 to 48 hours. after 72 hours again i called to cc today now they are once again lodged complaint with no 1-[protected] i.e. on 07.06.2012. please replace the box with new one
