[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Money deducted from my bank account but recharge not done


I recharged my tata sky account on 5th May, 2023 for Rs.100 using Google pay. Transaction was successful but it was not showing in my account and also I didn't receive any SMS confirmation. I complained to customer care but they said it's not their responsibility as they didn't receive the money. But my bank statement and Google pay history shows that transaction is successful to tatasky Paytm account. I mailed them attaching the screenshot too. Tatasky is simply blaming it on Google pay even though transaction was successful.
