My set top box was not receiving any power, there was no light in the on/off switch.
i made the first complaint on 7th june, 2011(priority complaint)
later, till 14th june i made repeated complaints to the tata sky helpline as well as to their engineer who had to come and repair.
the following are my grievances:
1. the engineer told me that he shall not come and i should not make any more complaints.
2. i am informed by the engineer that the company is short of set top boxes,HENCE I SHOULD REQUEST THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT TO GIVE HIM A SET TOP BOX...WHY SHOULD I?
3. i have sent repeated complaints to the tata sky online query/complaint address as well as to their CEO.
they have told me that you try and stay without tv for some time s it is not very difficult, as we do not have time to repair it.
4.i am a doctor, have been sitting at home since 5 days as tata sky has assured me that some one would come within 24 hrs...so i should not leave home. will tata sky give me salary worth these days of leave?
5. yesterday i requested tata sky to disconnect my connection, but they denied and kept my phone.
