[Resolved] Tata Sky — Recharge unsuccessful but Amount debited from bank account | |||
Main Prasenjit Dutta, Tata Sky Subscriber ID : [protected]. 24.09.2013 iss tarikh main Tata Sky account recharge kiya tha Rs. 910.00 from online recharge option by debit card. It was unsuccessful recharge. But the amount is not credit in my account till today. Main bank par baat kiya tha likin bank bolraha hay payment successful ho gya. Likin amount abhitak Tata Sky account or bank account may credit nahi huya.Tata Sky bolraha hay bank se sampark kijiye and bank bolraha hay Tata Sky se sampark kijiye. You must try out other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, adjust your days of loss and activate your service accordingly.

Mane 200 ka recharge kara but Recharge unsuccessful unsuccessful bata rah aur Mari bank se 200 rupees Gaye

I have recharge my tata sky with 200RS from tata sky app through my gpay account. The amount is deducted from bank, but it is not reflected in our tata sky account...
When i tried again for Rs 50 payment all through gpay app itself it becomes success and reflected...
I think tata sky app team is playing some bug issue in their tata sky app..
Also they take Rs 42 as flood cess in my account.
Below i attach my recharge details and subscriber id..
Please help me to retrieve my cash back

ನಾನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 1-6-2021 ರಂದು 5340/ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಹಣವನ್ನು 12 ತಿಂಗಳ ಟಿವಿ ಚಾನೆಲ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ರಿಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಗೂಗಲ್ ಪೇ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಡೆಬಿಟ್ ಆಗಿದೆ.ಆದರೆ ರಿಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಅನ್ ಸಕ್ಸೆಸ್ ಆಗಿದೆ.ಈ ಹಣವನ್ನು ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ

Rs 5340 is not credited to my bank account so far kindly arrange to refund the same
