Tata Steel Ltd. — I want my debit card at Jajpur road Branch, Orissa

My Account no. [protected] of Bistupur Branch, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand of Axis Bank, I have got my new ATM card at the Jamshedpur Branch due to close bank on 26th September 2008 I could not collected my debit crad.

Now I have transfer at Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Orissa in Tata Steel Ltd. So I need my debit card at nearest Branch i.e. Jajpur Road in Orissa.

So please kindly on the nearest branch for my better convenient.
