My self abith vk , i purchaced my tata grande ex model from HYSON motors on 20/08/2009.The car is covered 5 free services & 53000kms and has lots of problems which are low pulling the clutch pedel has not smooth not releasing properly ,the dangerous thing is the brake was not working properly brake pedel free play will be increase some times , i complainted these at my all free services but the complaints are not rectified ,till my vehicle showing these problems. also some defects oli leakage from power steering box side & steering side hitting when vehicle falling down some small gutters, top side body beeding not proper,abnormal sound while gear shifting time,all side mud flap is shaking & getting noise while running,body rest found in rr door side & on accesories crash guard & top carier (which your dealer given). I had invested lot of money (aproximately RS 38000) at in between the free service period.I m not satisfied with your service & product. Now i am not sure what to do.you suggest me should i sell off this car if you are not going to take any action.

Tata, Servicing of Sumo — Poor Servicing of Tata Dealer
I have given my Tata Tourin for servicing and repairing tp M/s Bhagyodaya Motors private limited, Hospet, Karnataka for servicing and repairing on 10.03.08. Before checking the condition of the vehicle after servicing, they have forced me to clear the bills and sign on the "satisfied servicing" column. After servicing severe new problems poped up and I have informed the dealer to take immediate action. Till date no response from the dealer.The vehicle is now unable to use due to severe electrical and mechanical problems.
