[Resolved] Tata Sumo Grande — no pick up | |||
sir/madam, we from kongutransports have taken 5 SUMO GRANDE from tafe access ltd Coimbatore.. there is no problem from the sales point but problem is from the product in all the 5 vehicles we dont find ant difference in pick up, one of these 5 motor is not even moving in the speed of normal by cycle so we came to know that there is a problem in pump and we called to tata motors and they taken the motor and they told that there is a problem in pump and they told that they will give with in 3 days after changing the pump but they have not changed they have only serviced so reamening 4 motors is also in the same conditions we taken for commercial use only if it goes like this where to go if its one na any how we have to bare think about 5 vehicles... pls do the needful and pls visit directly and check the problem..... waiting fro ur reply and visit..... when switched on ac, car is not producing enough torque, it losses all its power and also fuel economy is low, also service indicator is shown while driving, if asked to tata motors, they just give assurance that it is not a big problem at all
