With due Respect to the Owner of the Company TATA.
I m a customer of Tata. I bought Tata Grande from national garage Jammu & the subject is that I m not satisfied with your product &services.
The main matter is to highlight the complaint regarding my side is from the starting brake problem ,ac problem ,heating problem, over flow of water from the engine & pick up problem...the original capacity and approx. life of disk pad is [protected] km.but the company manager Mr. Amla suggests us to change the disc after 10000 km. From the starting ,I was not satisfied with your services. I had given so many complaint regarding my problem in your complaint box but no action taken for my complaint till today .Foreman Mr. Tilak of Jammu Branch asked that the engine life is only up to 1 lakh after that engine life goes on decreasing stage &THE MECHANIC NOT PROVIDE ANY SUGGESTION FOR MY ISSUE.
PLEASE LOOK INTO MY MATTER AND TAKE A QUIKE ACTION FOR MY SATISFACTION.
