Thanks for the awesome service by your company.
I have been using the above number for years.
But for my sheer displeasure , on 11th or 12th of every month , you guys debit 15rs from my account.
Every month i receive a msg on 10th , saying 15rs will be debited from my account for App It on DIVE IN WAP
every month i give a call to your customer support and my displeasure of being a customer of yours increases to other level.
Every time they say the system is not working. Just wanted to know when does the system work.
Every time the executive says madam your amount will not be debited, but my utter disappointment 15rs is debited every month without fail.
When you call them up , they say to send messages on some number . I really dont know what they have done with that message. The message of amount will be debited comes to me every month without fail. I dont understand this things , the system never fails to send the message on time nor does it fail to debit the amount on time .
But it surely fails down when you call them to register your complaint.
You dont even a proper complaint mechanism. When asked for a complaint number the executive says sorry madam we dont have a complaint number. and after i say some golden words he gives me a number.
The best experience is the system does not work with the first executive who picked the call but when i asked to transfer the call to the senior , the system works perfectly fine there. Ohhh WOW !!!!!!! That must be technology right !!!! Great Service !!!!!
You say that my amount has not been debited for all these months.
Do you guys think that i have no other work to do other than speaking and mailing to you guys for the amount debited.
Send me my statements of transaction for past 6 months and dare you guys manipulate the data.
Awaiting my reversal of the 15rs debited for the past 6 months.
