[Resolved] Tata Teleservice Limited — Request for Refund my deposit | |||
To Senior Manager-Customer Service Tata Teleservice Limited B, Block Silicon Terraces, 30/1, Hosur Main Road Koramangala, Bangalore – 560 095. As I paid the advance of Rs.1500.00 for the Tata photon connection for 5 hrs. usage per month of Rs.150.00 rent per month but they have disconnected the service within 15 days by giving the reason that I have not answered their welcome call even though I have answered three times. Immediately, I requested theirr customer service office to refund my advance money and they promised that they would send it promptly but till today(more than two years) they have not sent the money or reply to my letter This is gross negligence of the Customer Service of Tata Photon.
