[Resolved]  Tata Teleservice Limited — Cheating by Tata docomo by Wrong Billing

Sub: Complain against Tata Tele Service Photon Connection.
Ref: My photon connection no. [protected], Account no.[protected].
Tariff Plan –Photon Plus 2GB @ Rs. 750.

This is to inform you that I am using the Tata Photon connection under reference since last 2 years. The plan is using Photon Plus 2GB @ Rs. 750/- after that 50 paisa per mbps. I am a very limited user of Tata Photon Connection as because I am using WIFI connection in my office through the day. My average monthly billing is Rs. 750 to Rs. 850 approx in last 2 years.

1) Suddenly I have received the bill for the month of March 2013 (Bill no. 09/02/2013 to 08/03/2013) Rs.3370. Data usage shows 6455 mbps which was totally wrong. I have talk several times to the Executives of Tata Photon and also send mails to them but no positive response is getting from their end. Also Tata photon executives pressurising me to clear the bill over phone and due to frustration I have clear the bill of Rs. 3370/- through cheque.

2) Surprisingly they have send April 2013 bill of Rs. 5497/-(Bill period 09/03/2013 TO 08/04/2013) Data usage showing 10230 mbps which was totally wrong. Also I have checked unbilled utilization which was also around Rs. 4400. The same will be coming in May 2013 bill. Today I have talk with the executives of customer care of Tata Photon Care several times and not get any positive response of wrong billing. At last I have asked them to disconnect my connection vide docket no.[protected] dated 12/04/2013.

These ways Tata Docomo making fool to the customers and making money as because retail customers don’t have such knowledge or under pressure have paid the money.

In view of the above I am pray to the Consumer forum of WB to please look into the matter and instruct Tata Tele Service to rectify the bill on immediate basis . I will not pay to Tata Docomo single rupees.

tata telecom — invalid bill, wrong billing,

hello sir my name is rakesh anant gharat, i have been buyed an tata wirless land line, and i recived a huge bill so i diconected the the phone and paid bil and returned the handset, so after few days i recieved a call from thier side, that we have a offer for u, just reconect the same number and we will charge u just for out going calls, no rental at all, so i reconected the handset on 10th april, and on 20 i recived the bill, i have just made 10 - 15 calls and i have recived the bill of 185 for 10 days, and now they r calling me daily for the peyment, so i asked them that how can u charge me for 10 days 185, so now they are daily giving me calls from recovery dapartment, tell me what should i do,

This is in regards to my billing problem for last month i.e (20/2/08-20/3/08)
I activated my itemise bill facility last month and very same month i got the problem .If we look at my bill one number[protected] is being repeated by 173 times charging @ Rs6 which is
not to my knowledge and even does not relate to my domain.when i spoke to ur customercare executive several times they said we will revert u and gave me three different case ids which were

i regularly followed up ur customer care but they gave me same reply like we are tracing that number and so forth, even i did nt get any call back whom they had assured we will arrange for u .One day i approched to ur duty floor incharge fellow Sharan i explained and he gave me nice reply like we have checked all records u have dialled that number we dont have trace and million of numbers are flowing how can we track all numbers we are telecom operator not telephone directory in a clamorous way he reacted to me, even he told me go and check Tata yellow pages at 22222222.If we are using ur facility why should i go to yellow page or other companies for my complaint.This was not the healthy answer provided by any customer care exceutive on duty even he repeated i[censored] ask my manager or anybody he will explain the same tale which denotes ur all levels of exceutives contains same level of problem solving capabities for a customer and does nt care.
i[censored] people can charge @ Rs6 that means u people have trace because in ur databse u have described that if this number dials charge @ Rs6.
i think u people inculcate ur team or groups who is assiting customers hw to talk and reply even u can hear the recording between me and Sharan(floor incharge)i[censored] have for last month.Candidly saying this is not the 1038 Rupees question is for logic behind i[censored] prove it and now ur posting the message on mobile that pay all dues otherwise we will disconect your services.For ur all knowldge i am wrinting this bulky mail and expecting that i should get some healthy solution whom i can rely upon not just did by all ur team with me . I have been using ur services from last 3 years and i am not novice user who does not know about any operation about telecom operations .I visited ur Vodaphone okhla office yesterday and person whom i met gave me same reply that you have to pay all dues no escape from this.Its been almost half a month for resolving this issue.Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Tata Teleservice Limited — Non-payment in Agency Code for particular policy (150936987)

Sir,
I did a policy (No.[protected], Sachin Verma, 106-15, INR-15731/Year, DOC- 28.01.2001) in my account (Agency code[protected] but till now I havn't recd any commission against above policy; while enquired it is found that the same has been refelecting under Agency Code[protected].
Kindly do the needful for re-settlled payment in my account for complete period (8yrs).

TATA TeleServices — Wrong Billing.

I had booked a Tata Tel Number for my office. While booking the Line I had clearly mentioned to the Representative ( Mr. Karan. Gulati - Mumbai) that The Phone Line should be activated only after March 15th 2009, as it was the date around which my office was going to start. During the First week of February. Mr Karan. Gulati. requested me to allow him to to do the first call on my new number, because he had a stipened target to reach for the month. He assuared me that there was no need to worry about the billing as the billing cycle would start on the day I had requested ie.15th march 2009.

On the 20th of march I received a bill from TATA asking me to pay a bill of Rs.10, 000/- for the period of 17-Feb to 17-March. I spoke to Mr. Gulati regarding this matter and he had asked me to send him an email with the complaint for the same. He instructed me not to pay the bill as it was wrongful Billing. I followed his instruction. I also was constantly calling TATA customer care who asked me to send mails with the complaints to their various depatments.

My phone line has been disconnected because of non payment of bill. Mr. Karan Gulati. cannot be contacted. TATA has not been helpfull. There is no customer serviced provided . It has only been an inconvience as my office cannot function without a telephone line.
I am using tata indicome from last Three years in state of Himachal Pradesh and i have submited my request so many times to mantain my credit limit of Rs. 1000 only but every time my bill is above 2000/ kindly give me solution to solve this problem.

This is for advice — Regarding Cheating you by Billing Member

In Ranchi, Jharkhand, One Reliance Fresh is in Elex, Hinoo. Sharply 7.00 PM dated 10th August, You are Cheated by your Billing Clerk, I am sending you some information about this cheating one customer is purchasing huge billing & Pay the amount by card, one Item is not billing at that time (Item is Panteen Pro Shampoo 400ml worth of Rs. 195) so your billing member is told this customer once again billing this shampoo, customer is pay cash & give Rs. 200/= your Billing Counter clerk is give this customer one Rs.5 Toffee & this shampoo. & no bill is given by him. and next customer is girl and she purchase small amount like one biscutes & one another thing, In her billing your Billing clerk is just cancel the shampoo amount Rs. 195/=
I Told your Billing clerk why you not give the shampoo worth of Rs. 195/= you cheat the shop, he told i billing the shampoo next customer but it is not true. this man identification is he is tall & Fatty. If your software is strong or you seeing online you can check the billing file & pick out this man & punished him.

TATA TeleServices — Wrong Bill

I had Taken Tata Photan connection from this company. The connection had many problem. I had made complain regarding this with company but rather than solving to problem they always send bill for the month. at end i had stop to use their connection from dec., 2010 and inform this to company. Upto dec 2010 month i had paid their all dues. But they are demanding some more due. I had asked detail of the bill and all the payment that I had made rather than providing the detail they had file case in Patialla Court ( case no 150/11 ). Now they are harassing making threat to me for consequenses.
