Hi, I had bought a Tata Walky online for my parents in Kolkata. The Tata team delivered a faulty set that never allowed a single conversation on the telephone. The team came and checked it but they refused to replace it with a new set. We have repeatedly asked them (through emails and phone calls) to close the connection and refund the money, but they have not paid heed to our complaints. They are sending bills every month where the amount is rising as the payment is due. The number assigned to the Tata Phone is[protected].
