I HAVE BOOKED A TATA WALKY SINCE LAST 10 DAYS PAID THE AMOUNT ON 9 TH FEB 2011 GOT RECEIPT ON 14 FEB 2011 DTD 14/2/11 PHONE NOT ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER 7 DAYS REASONS PROVIDED IS SERVER DOWN HENCE NOT ACTIVATED PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RIVERT BACK . it is intimated that I am holding a TATA Walky number 64722996 at my residence H No WZ 422 A, Gali no 2, Rajnagar Part II, Palam Colony New Delhi - 110045. the connection was activated 20 days before. The representative from the company took Copy of my Passport as ID proof. the address on Passport is mentioned of Air Force Staion Subroto Park, New Delhi. I was not at the home during the activaton of connection. ID proof may not be matching with the present residence address. He did not check the address on passport. Later after two days connection was disconnected.I have lodged many complains with customer care but nobody turned his eyes. I paid 1500 Rs., there was no bill given. I have mailed my MTNL land line bill in the customer care mail.Yesterday I have handed over the ID proof ( copy of MTNL land line bill & Ex Service man I card) at TATA Shop no 43, in Vardhman Mall sector 7 Dwarka New Delhi.
You are requested to look in to the matter & do the needful.otherwise company will loose the reliability in the market.
