Tata/nano Car — Due to cash back problem

My father Mr. Brijech kumar Agarwal booked tata nano car by SBI Bank Sikandrabad,Distt-Bulandshahr(U.P.) 203205.He submit 3499rs.(Check no 30988) & 1,20,000 (Check no 30989) and his transaction no is[protected].he submit heis money in 23-09-09...

In jan he canceled his order through SBi Bank.But his money not refundable till date...

Bank n my father send many reminder to tata nano..but they take no action......My father need a money due to some family problem...So Plz take action as soon as possible..
