The Tax spanner people take you for a ride. An gent from thier office was seated in my office till July 31st. ANd then he disappered. They have not filed my returns till now (past due date). They do not have a customer service number. They have only email id. Each mail is not read. standrd replies are sent.
They asked me form 16 by email again. And they want to charge me again! Not just that. They have so badly calculated my returns that when my form 16 clearly says there are no tax dues, they say I have to pay rs. 46000!! Real Jokers.... A pain indeed. Please do not fall for them. Do it yourself or through some accountable individuals and not such big unreachable comapnes like taxspanner/ Was this information helpful? | 
TAX SPANNER — Worst Service
I had a worst experience with TAX Spanner - My last year return has been revised twice and stil it's still pending... I am following up with TAX SPANNER people from last almost 25 days, but there is no response or update..
