Hi,
While e-filing on TAX SPANNER website, I wrongly made payment of 250 Rs for wrong fiscal year (for 2012) which I already filed last year from TAX SPANNER website.
I am chasing TAX SPANNER team for refund but they are not responding for it.
Please suggest what should I do.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I had submitted my form 16 to your associate on July 20, 2011.
I was informed that after the calculations, within the next two days you would be informed of the required tax that has to be deposited.
I am yet to receive any information in this regard, also the associate has suddenly stopped coming to our office also.

Hi,
The Tax spanner people take you for a ride. An gent from thier office was seated in my office till July 31st. ANd then he disappered. They have not filed my returns till now (past due date). They do not have a customer service number. They have only email id. Each mail is not read. standrd replies are sent.
They asked me form 16 by email again. And they want to charge me again! Not just that. They have so...

Lost the ITR acknowledgement
I had filed my ITR returns through a website called tax spanner. Firstly it gave me a lot of problem in filing the returns then after i completed that they have lost the acknowledgement form from the Incoem tax Department. NOW I HAVE NO PROOFS WITH ME THAT I HAVE FILED THE RETURNS...this is a horrible situation for me and i don't know how to handle it.They are saying that its thier mistake but its not going to help me....
