[Resolved] Taxspanner — ITR-V is not received /e-filing is not done | |||
I filled income tax returns through TaxSpanner executive visited our office. I filled two forms for tax returns: 1) A.Y[protected] and 2)A.Y[protected] They completely screwed up income tax filing and I am not sure how to set right the matter as there are many mistakes done by them and email interaction is very poor to reach them. They used Form-16 of A.Y. 2009-10 for filing A.Y 2011-12 and went ahead e-filed without my concern and I got acknowledgement from income tax department also. After several email communications, they finally submitted e-filing of tax returns for A.Y 2011-12 on 2-Aug,2011. I am not sure e-fling status is success or not. I have not received the ITR-V till date. I have not been communicated anything about e-fling for A.Y[protected]. I paid Rs:150 and they completely ignored this e-filing. This private portal Taxspanner is very convenient way of filing it returns. After seeing an article in Times of Inda I have chosen your website and e-filed my it return without any mistake. thank you very much for supporting the public toe- file returns. very easy and user friendly.
