Dear Sir, My self Nand kishore Tyagi from Noida. My PAN no. is AEGPT1780C. Sir i had deposited my TDS certificate for which issued by Jaypee infratech ltd., Noida for assessment year 2008-09 of Rs.23436. Our acknowledgement no. are given below : 01.04.08 to 30.06.08 : [protected] 01.07.08 to 30.09.08 : [protected] 01.10.08 to 31.12.08 : [protected] But i have not received my TDS refund till today(17.03.2011). I belong to Nileshwar of Kasargod District. In Nileshwar one High School is there. Rajas High School though the classes and accommodation are plenty, the staff and administration is so reluctant not to impart any training of any kind to the students. The teachers though male or female ones, not interested in to their job. My facts can be verified from the USS Result which declared to day. No any person from this school scored in USS. Some backward school in comparison with Rajas has scored. This is a clear inditication to the standard. ANy one agree with my views kindly mail to prchandran @sifymail.com Thanks
TDS REFUND — NON RECEIPT OF TDS REFUND

Kindly suggest me how & when shall i get the same.

My Name is Vimal Prakash Aggarwal. My PAN No. is ADPPA0026N. I did not receive my TDS refund for the year 2007-08. When we asked the Income Tax Department for this, they said that they did not enter this in their Computer. I want to know when can I expect to receive my TDS REFUND even after so much follow up.

TDS REFUND — no tds refund till today
Sir,I, Pallab Banerjee of 21/5 Daddey Para Lane, P.O. - Santipur, Dist. - Nadia submited my IT return on 26/03/2009 in the Office of Income tax Officer, Word-2,Nadia. My PAN Card No. ALTPB2137R. My Receipt no [protected]. My tax Refund(7e-6) amount is 35305. Till today I receive not any letter from you or not refund the amount.
