i have purchased double cot + kurlon bed for a total sum of Rs. 11,800/ on 24th Sept. Later i found out in news paper that 25% anniversary sale started on 24th itself and there was free gift of 4 pillows with ANY double cot. Added to this the advt says, double cot and bed combined is only Rs. 9,999/. Just because i didn't see that advt during my purchase, i was not informed of this discount and they cheated me by taking full amount.i feel that i was cheated by their sales people who charged me full amount. Later when i approached them i was not given proper explanation.
As a reputed furniture establishment, this is too bad and i never expected such a cunning behaviour from this establishment. My sincere advice to people who want to purchase any furniture, please don't go this shop. Was this information helpful? |
Was promised delivery of fresh stock with original packing on 20/10/2012 before 11 am . and were asked to pay full bill amount as advance. I had swiped citibank card for Rs 8500/- total bill value
Display piece in damaged condition was delivered at 7.30pm. When we called up MR Rafee, he said only this piece is available and we will need to wait for 15 days. When we didnt agree and asked for refund, we were refused
I logged complaint with Teak n Oak customer care number [protected] and spoke to Mr Ravi – customer care official. I was given the name of Mr Harish as manager with number [protected].
I had called up Mr Harish who promised me refund by cheque on Monday 22/10/2012. I received cheque on Monday, however the same has not been cleared.
In addition, the person who came to deliver the cheque, demanded the bill to be returned. He threatened us as well. We were helped by our neighbours. THis is a cheating case and a very bad behaviour especially when I (a lady) live with my aged father
Need the refund of money. Can anyone help in the process to get my money back.
