Dear Sir, I have purchase mobile through Auctions from Indiatimes.com when I was purchase at the same time they give me warranty for 12 months when I was face the problem in mobile then I will contact near customer care of Sony Ericsson but they told me it is not a model manufactured for India so, you have send this mobile to TEKNIX. when I was send to teknix on 19.08.2008 but till date they were not give any respond wheter the same was repaired or not. when I was contact to Customer Care of Indiatimes they told us we give you Tel.No.of Teknix[protected] there you contact. I ordered the products from indiatimes shopping for tehnix spy pen 8gb but i got only 4gb spy pen. When I Contacted the number there was no response and now i lost my money dont' purchase anything from Indiatimesshopping.

Teknix — mobile phone
My friend bought me an LG Cookie phone through Indian Gift Portal. The phone cost 6990 and was sent to me by Teknix 416 Daulate Bhawan Kalbadevi Mumbai 400 002. Cell: [protected].After a couple of weeks o[censored]sing the phone one day, it got very hot and a sort of damp bubble appeared under the screen. The screen stopped working. I contacted Indian Gift Portal and they said to take the phone to LG as it is under warranty. However, the warranty according to the tax invoice is with Teknix not LG and they do not answer their phone. I do not know what to do now. After searching on the web, I see other complaints against Teknix, which really worries me. Please help.

we have an account with TNT courier service, we have arrange a pickup, but yet they have no reply us for your kind service, and i have called your TNT Head office but the person said me that he is the only one person in the office so he cannot give me any informatiom about my parcel so i wiil be very thankfull to email me is this your service is right for ur customer.If any query ,contact [protected].
