The Mobile Store — Doing Fraud with thier customers | |
I was purchased a new mobile Sony Ericsson T 700 dated (11jan, 2009) from The Mobile store (DA-4/A Main Vikas Marg Shakarpur Delhi).Before purchase I told the salesman about my preference is good music player similar to W 580i or more. Camera and all other thing is secondary .He regularly insist me on T700 and raised my budget from6000 to 11000.he said that it is the best mobile, he told me features like good camera with flash, Dual speaker with clear and high volume with attachable speakers and a new feature of T.V output etc.. But when I purchased and opened it I asked how to connect a T.V .He replied that it doesn’t have a feature of T.V output .I stunned after listening that & said but u told me that feature he replied u got confused between all, I ignored because I am more fond of music. Then I listen music in which I didn't find a volume. In fact my single speaker W 580i has more volume. He gave an excuse that equalizer is not set and after doing every possible efforts volume remain as it is. And he continuously lies with me. After complaining to the manager, he suggest me to complained to Sony Ericsson centre as sales person is from Sony Ericsson company and he knows very well about each and every product, and your mobileW580i is from walkman series so there is no comparison in sound with that. When I request him to change with some one else or money back he said we don’t have authority to change the set or money back. After all I agreed him to send a mail to his boss regarding that matter. And I also have a copy of that mail which I paste below. i bought samsung guru-1410 from the mobile store on 22rd of june this year, while purchasing the salseman hadbeen told me that their is an offer(winwin offer) according to which i should got atleast Rs200 under moneyback scheme but i didn't get the same.
i already have remind the same to mobilestore managment but their is no satisfactory response by them.
please take some action about my complaint.
