[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — pf withdrawal application pending

the mobilestore — Salary and PF

I was employed with The MobileStore Ltd Bangalore as a Store manager for 1 Year. i resigned in teh Month of july due to personal reasons. Till date I havent received my Salary Settlements and also I havent got my PF. The HR is not even bothered to Receive My calls or respond to my mails. I would request you all my folks, never ever think of joining this place. they really treat you like . They dont have any ethics or human Values...Please advice me as to how do I get my money from these fraud people...

Also they have deducted Employee contribution of PF from my salary for 12 months. But they are not even bothered to give me my PF no. I am planning to approach the labour office.

Please give me more advises...

the mobilestore — fake holiday trips

The mobilestore has started gifts from purchase of mobile handsets which are assured.So it puts a big question how they are managing the debts.It is clearly a fraud as they ask for a DD for confirming the gifts or holiday package but once DD is sent,there are no replies.The people are being fooled as everyday hundreds are buying and there money goes in someone else's pocket.We friends got three handsets and everyone got the same gifts and after registering and sending all the documents ,Now we have lost hope.I ask the officias if they are really interested in giving away gifts in this manner then why not at the time of purchase ,they hand over the gifts after finishing formalities.This has o be stopped.please take appropriate action.

the mobilestore — Online shopping of Samsung Corby Plus

I have ordered a mobile Samsung Corby Plus using the online shopping on the The MobileStore website, which had clearly mentioned the package would be delivered in 3 days time. Its been a week and there are no responses from them when i tried contacting over phone and no replies to e-mails sent.

My payment has already been made to the vendor. I am really in great distress as the vendors are so irresponsible.
