Muje wo 10 days me mila
But wo problem ab bhe ho rahe hai warranty me dene ke baad bhe kuch nai hua ab bolte wapas do submit kar do agar fir bhe solve hua to wapas do submit kar do.

Ye company warranty dete hai but kuch hota nai hai

    My payment is not revived my complaint number is adn15_300916_[protected], i am received my damage phone on last 15 nov, and app daily said your payment send your account on two working days, still now wait on 7 working days and not refund the repair amount, get i am coll the coll centaur hi said your amount transfer your account on november last, still i am more wait, but not refund my claim amount, and i have received coll by your coll centaur and hi said again your amount transfer on dec 1st week and got a time on 22 decmber but hi did not transfar for cliam amount, this is totally fake company, i am not satisfied with thair company and, i am tell my family member and friend, dont be use on app daily hi company are totally fake company... And i got a facebook, tiwetr also

      On 9th december when i was in delhi only for a short period of time i decided to buy mi redmi note 3, two of them 1 for myself and other for my friend, i contacted mi who gave me information about their offline sellers and advised me to buy from airtel, mobile store or reddington, this led me to look for only these three unfortunately, and to my woes i ended up in the mobile store of karol bagh mcd market and the thugs in the shop were waiting for preys, little did i know that everyone around in that place was selling redmi note 3 which stopped me from seeing other shops, and the guy immediately responded by providing both versions and was trying to convince me that we are selling new phones on lesser price as we are wholesellers and thus wont be giving any bill as we take the stock in bulk, and also guaranteed online warranty, i slipped and went on to buy 2 pieces for 20000 instead of 22000, why i didnt buy online is because in kashmir courier service was down because of shutdowns so the sooner i visited delhi i bought it. When i reached home and as the phones worked well for 2 days, third day i saw yellow lines on 16 gb variant i updated it and it crashed, and 32 gb wasnt calling from jio so i was advised to update it as i did so it got locked and said sign in with mi account, which i had never made. Thaat ssuggest it has been used, when i contacted mi they said no warranty without bill, and when i contacted shopkeeper he didnt respond and said u must have provided mi account. And then he didnt pick. It is 5th day since i buy 2 phones and i have none of them working and i also have to pay my friend now... How we treat people in tourism monthes and see in return how in delhi they can sell integrity for money and loot visitors...         I had puchased a Lava Pixel mobile phone from The Mobile Store with extended warranty at the store at Kalkaji Delhi, which was sent for repairs in the last week of October 2016 and a ID was given on 02 11 2016, ID is 699288.
        The repair dept recived the phone on 11 Nov 2016 as informed through SMS.TIll date the phone has not been repaired and there is no information whatsoever about the phone. several calls and reminders nothing is been coming out and i am unable to get my phone back repaired

          I went to Mobile Store City Centre 1 Kolkata on 13/11/2016 to buy a screen guard for my newly purchase I phone 7.
          Out of 7 staff no one was ready to fix the screen guard and they keep on passing the job to each other and at last the job was handed over to a lady must a new recruitment who while fixing the screen guard dropped the phone and damaged it.
          The scene does'nt end here they claimed that its absolutely normal that the phone may fall from the hand and they are not liable for the damage.
          On further altercation I came to know that being a Limited Company (Essar Group) they do not maintain any customer Feed back Register neither they have any Identity card issued by the company and they even cannot write a apology letter for the same.

          I had submit my handset on dt 07.12.2016 bt retailer did not send to service centre and now they are refuse to sending.they sent me email for they will take 7 to 15 days repairing handset.

            I purchased a Karbonn mobile which came out faulty, asked the Mobilestore for replacement and they said it would take 1 day. Its 3 days now and I havn't received the replaced set yet. They dont pick up calls, they dont even bother to provide update to customers even when they have exceeded the verbal timeline given. I had to call them more than 30 times and most of the time they preferred to ignore the calls. Very very unsatisfied by their service and responsibilities of the sales guys of Mobile Store, (Axis Mall outlet, Newtown, Kolkata)

              Hi Sir,
              I had given the mobile for servicing in sangeetha shop mantri mall person. named Vijay ( LG service person) which had problem with sim slot .. but after I got the mobile from service the mobile is not in working condition and I am not able to switch ON the mobile and I had paid 8k to him.
              Right now we tried to reach and he is not responding.

                My phone Sony Aqua M4 was given for repair under warranty in 2nd year by the mobile store in chembur branch on 2nd Oct, on 8th Oct I received an sms stating phone has water damage cannot be repaired under warranty and they are returning same to chembur branch. post which I have called several times & emailed too to both customer care and chembur branch but phone is yet not received. My Job number is RP[protected]. I need my phone back asap, I fail to understand what is taking so long to return the phone if you cant repair it just return it as per the sms and subsequent emails received. please treat this as urgent.

                  I pre-booked iphone 7 with them and they refused to let me cancel the booking a few hours later saying that the entire amount i have paid is non-refundable. The iphone 7 was available cheaper on many websites. I have not received a single message or phone call from them confirming the delivery, despite calling their customer service - i ordered a 2nd handset from flipkart and they were prompt with their messages, service and delivery on time.

                  I would not trust mobile store and would not recommend them.

                  Update: after calling them several times, they have admitted that they have no stock of iphones and hence cannot deliver the phone to me. This is after the guarantee that they will deliver the phone on 7 oct. This is a fraudulent company and cheats customers. My only recourse now is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

                    I gave my Karbonn Bahubali phone under warranry for fixing of my screen related issue on 7th September at Dobson Road store in Howrah. They said they'll take it to the service centre. I then visited the store about 5 times and each time they reply saying that the phone hasn't come back yet. It's been 16 days now and on my every visit, they give excuses that the person responsible is out for lunch. This is pathetic service.

                      I have purchased a mobile of micromax yureka model no. serymob015 item name - without acc. yu6000 (black). from m/s mobile house, haldwani, church compound, near oriental bank, nainital road, haldwani, tin [protected], pin 263139 mobile no. [protected].
                      Same day mobile was not charging so i gave the mobile at same store to repair. and tried so many times at same out let. today after one month i have not get mobile back. then i am making such complaint.

                        I have purchased a mobile set of INTEX Company from your Baruipur branch kolkata 700144 on 15th jun 2016, INVOICE NO 25629/13720278. But due to disorder of the set i have surrendered the set at this shop on 30th aug.The Mobile store sent the set to INTEX Service center. But it is matter of sorrow that The Mobile store did not returned my set so far. Only they indifferntly that the set is not repaired .They have no efforts to return my set.
                        I, therefore request you to take care so as your store of Baruipur branch can return my set as good as possible.

                          RE: Deficiency in Services and Sales with incorrect commitments

                          Dear Store Manager,
                          Your immediate attention is drawn on following points:
                          a. On 04th SEPT. 2016 we purchased a new LYF Phone from your shop on assurance of your Sales Staff, that normally JIO sim gets activated in 3-5 days, however rest assured in 7 days this will get activated.
                          b. I did check bout his commitment twice and basis his commitment I purchased this cell phone and hoped that in 7 days activation will happen.
                          c. We took two sims from you bearing Cell no. as [protected] & 95.
                          d. You just made us to give you documents and you did all filling of forms including the signatures yourself and I was told that RELIANCE JIO has advised this to prevent rejection of form due to any mistake in form filling.
                          e. After three days we got a sms saying there was document mismatch and we resubmitted you the documents, here your personnel defaulted and entered data incorrectly.
                          f. I did remind you for activation and again I was assured by your team/you that with in 7days i.e.by 10th SEPT, this will get activated.
                          g. On 13th, 2016 when I visited your store @8:30 PM or so again was the same story that Reliance is taking time and I wanted to return the cell phone back to you and collect my money upon which you made me to call your customer service, which since could not answer me nor gave any satisfactory help, referred me to your Area Manager and I spoke to that gentleman as well.
                          h. On 13th SEPT., 2016 before my family your staff accepted that he made the claim and commitment for 3-5 days and had given us the time for activation in 7 days.
                          i. On 13th itself, upon advice of your area manager, I submitted the cell phone to you so that you can check the same for usage as this has not been used at all with any other sim card. I was assured by your area manager and you, that if this phone does not get activated tomorrow, the same shall be taken back and I will be given my money back.
                          j. On 14th SEPT. 2016, around 16:00 Hours someone called me from[protected] (ANIL KUMAR), claiming to be a JIO employee and said this will take 2-3 more days as again the form had some gaps. It’s surprising how people at THE MOBILE STORES fill the form and how can they sign in name of someone else, which is fully illegal. I absolutely refute to accept this and would like to see all incorrect and correct forms to see if your versions are correct.
                          k. To me it looks like that just to cover up their misdeeds and prevent me from highlighting this issue, the local employees of this THE MOBILE STORES SEC 6 DRAWKA are busy in selling mobile phones on false commitment with misdeeds.
                          l. The manager and person who had sold me this cell phone on false promise was not available and several telecalls I had to make to their Customer Service, which however has been of ZER USAGE as simply CS refused to help all all. Finally I did get cell No. of Area Head Mr. NITIN VERMA, which whom I did speak on 14th Late evening.
                          m. Mr. Verma has been nice enough to listen to my pain and agony and I appreciate his real concern, infact he offered that if I wish to return the cell, he is willing to accept this and close, however basis soft discussions, I agreed to wait till 17th SEPT 2016.
                          n. Today again Mr. Verma Called me of his own and confirmed that he has given the case to his team members who would call me and confirm back, which they did.
                          o. I appreciate Mr. Verma for his personal involvement for the customer services and this needs to be learned by their shop floor members and customer services too.
                          p. Since this has not got activated as of 17th SEPT 2016 till 20:03 Hrs, , and because of the mobile stores and its employees we have under tremendous trauma and feel harassed we need to be compensated adequately, though no money can fully compensate, but to ensure that other customers are not given false hopes and commitment just to cell mobile phones by the mobilestores.
                          q. I feel that a compensation of INR Twenty five thousand shall be adequate.

                          It’s therefore requested that:
                          1. Accept the cell phone back and credit back 100% of the funds along with due interest for the period between 04th SEPT till date of funds transfers into my Credit Card.
                          2. Pay us the compensation of INR Twenty Five Thousands only towards mental agony, harassment and trauma caused to me due to your act of false promise, incorrect form filing and selling the mobile phone on wrong commitment.

                          In case this is not closed in this week, I shall be free to approach competent authority for justice and compensation.

                          What a coincidence, I was about to file a complaint against "The Mobile Store" here in Mumbai but I will wait till I get initial formal response from the Mobile Store. I had an issue related to misinformation / misleading (Hiding of important information) when purchasing an Insurance Plan for a mobile worth 50k.
                          Please do update me separately on how this goes.

                            On 04th sept. 2016, i purchased a lyf mobile with jio sim and i was committed that in 3-5 days this will be activated. The sales man said that max in 7 days this will be activated. From 7th day till today i have been calling them and every day they say in one or two days this will be activated.

                            They just made a false commitment, cheated me and it was a gross misselling by the mobile stores and i need my money back immediatley along with cost of mental harassment.

                            The area manager was very rude to talk and even customer services was poorest of poor. No one in india should purchase from them they are just useless and services are too poor.

                            Dear Store Manager,
                            Your immediate attention is drawn on following points:
                            a. On 04th SEPT. 2016 we purchased a new LYF Phone from your shop on assurance of your Sales Staff, that normally JIO sim gets activated in 3-5 days, however rest assured in 7 days this will get activated.
                            b. I did check bout his commitment twice and basis his commitment I purchased this cell phone and hoped that in 7 days activation will happen.
                            c. We took two sims from you bearing Cell no. as [protected] & 95.
                            d. You just made us to give you documents and you did all filling of forms including the signatures yourself and I was told that RELIANCE JIO has advised this to prevent rejection of form due to any mistake in form filling.
                            e. After three days we got a sms saying there was document mismatch and we resubmitted you the documents, here your personnel defaulted and entered data incorrectly.
                            f. I did remind you for activation and again I was assured by your team/you that with in 7days i.e.by 10th SEPT, this will get activated.
                            g.                             this is a useless company and no one should trust their shop floor employees who are liars and the customer service where paid calls are to be made is most useless one i have seen in my life.

                              I had purchased my HTC desire 820 from your store at CP lounge 2 New Delhi. It has 2 years full damage protection insurance and 1 year extended warranty. Last month my phone automatically stopped working without any reason and it was not even switching ON.I visited your store and submitted it for repair on 4 th of this month.I have received a SMS from your service centre that they will not repair it and returning it back saying it is a case of liquid damage.This is a fully wrong statement on your part and I claim that nothing such happened. It is a plot from your side to make it appear as it is a case of liquid damage.Even something like that is there I am not responsible for any such thing.This phone is fully insured from your side for 2 years from your store. If you are nit entertaining me in right manner asap then I shall be filling a case against you in Delhi consumer forum for false promise and fraud.

                                Not setsfy your services. I complain the mobile store for decline my insurance. I m your reguler custumber. But your services is not me. I send all ducuments send insurance company for guidaence of the mobile store. Now insurance company told me your handset is replaced. Not match imei no. How this creat. I dont know. Beacause i buy mobile on 28.05.2016. And not replace no replace handset then how change imei no. Please help.
