Please provide the phone or refund the amount deposited. I communicate with with Mr. Jeedhender in Mumbai head office, he told me to refund your money and he requested to sent the address as well as copy of invoice . As request I send to him. Still I didn't get any replay...

I bought the device of htc desire from the mobile store. I had to paid for two-year insurance same mentioned on the bill copy. Last time had been visited there in feb 2017 for second year insurance copy they said that the insurance copy you will get by mail. I didn't received any mail from there now i searched the stores not open few months so help to claim my device...

I pre-booked my jio phone from the mobile store at indrapuri, bhopal (Madhya pradesh) but i don't get my phone. I went shop 2-3 times but it is closed. I also went some other shop of "the mobile store" but they also close. I also call on customer care no but all the provided no are wrong no and on complaint mail id they are not responding. Few month ago i have just purchesed a power bank from the mobile store at kolkata new town axis mall... But now that store is not any more over ther on that mall...

So i just went to another mobile store at kolkata city center 2 rajarhat new town, they took my power bank for more than 1 months and they have refunded my product and told me they can't help me regarding that...

After few days i get a call from the mobile store helpline they said after unavilibilty of phone they refund the amount to my credit card account but after 20 days the amount not credit to my account. No response get from there side

This is just to bring into your knowledge that i had purchased a power bank (Pebble) in 1499/- on mrp. I went there after two days about the faulty product and asked him to refund the money. They denied to do so.

Again they have replaced a new power bank kmashi (Chineese product) which has a price of rs 900 in all marketplace.

Again, i am facing the same issue with new power...
