The Mobile Store — Company is not giving F & F

I am trying to get the Full and Final amount from my previous organisation but they have told me that amt had been transffered in my account but i provide them the bank sataement but now they are neither repling my mails nor picking up my phone...... for reference copy of mail is attached below........

Dear Ragini,

I have checked with the bank today itself there is no such transaction had been made ( 17085/-) , last transaction was of RS 15022/- which was made in August 2011 and after then there was no amt credited in the said account and further account has been closed as it was salary account and hence been auto closed.
As there is no previous transaction of the said amount and now there is no possibility of transferring the amount i,e 17085/- , kindly issue the cheque against the same as FULL & FINAL amount.

Pls share the timeline also as it is already delayed by an year.
