The Mobile Store — payment dispute | |||
Dear Sir/Madam myself Himanshu Kumar Srivastava,and i have face a problem for payment dispute of my card.i hear about you by my friend so i write to you for this hope you help with me because i have mentally disturb for this issue. the problem is-- i have purchased a mobile , in "the mobilestore" cp outlet.i paid my bill by citi bank credit card number is 4385 **** **** 3009 dated on 08/10/10 and Bill Invoice no is 1159/2757. when I checked my citibank statement,I surprised that payment done by my card two times for the same purchasing .When I asked in citibank executive they tell me merchant claimed amount(Rs 4814/-) two different approval number first is 074407and second approval no is 155047(given me by citibank).but i have approved only one merchant slip(number is - 074407). After this When I go to your outlet on 11/10/2010 with citibank statement.the person(Mr Tarun Mktg Executive) deny the claimed amount two times and they claimed only one time against approval no 074407 and batch is also generated only one time in machine.i have also write the mail to "the mobile store" , but they don't give me any response. and citi bank executive told me i have already paid this amount to merchant and this is merchant problem so directly approach to merchant for refund of money. Clearly ask them to do so because you have not authorized it and for proof ask them if your signature is on the Charge Slip for the second transaction.
That ends the story with Citibank.
As for Mobile Store.. once you get a refund don't go back ever there :)
