[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — wrongly mobile recharged amount refund

Address:Vadodara, Gujarat

I had done a Mobile recharge from "THE MOBILE STORE"Fatehgunj vadodara by my creditcard NOxxxx xxxx xxxx 1756, at that time that person did recharge Rs 299/- on some wronge number, when I made complain to him he told me that the same will be refunded to me in 5 to 7 days and made a complain and made me CC mark of the same male. After sevral complains they finaly told me that the amount cannot be reverce..I had done the recharge with the mobile store Why I should bare their mistake.

The Mobile Store — Wrong Recharge

Dear sir,
i have been charged RS 1000 by mobile store, Porvorim Goa. but the recharge has been done on others mobile, And they are not taking any responsibilty, and telling me that i have told them a wrong no.
They are not giving me any answer. please help me.
