Sir, I have got the mail from msn/yahoo lottery that I have won a prize money of 7, 50, 00GBP. For that I have also paid around Rs.5, 42, 458/- as tax and inland revenue and anti terrorist anti drug certificate. Now they are again asking for another Rs.1, 10, 000/-. Plz. suggest me what can I do now as I have no money.

I contacted the claim agent Mr.Steve Hill because of curiocity.and he invited me to go to london and his number is [protected]. I was not able to go to london because of my financial strain.He gave another information about one person named barrister Larry davies and his given address is: Barrister Larry davies, LPA LEGAL CHAMBERS AND ASSOCIATES, 1 ST GILES, HOUSE, 50 POLAND STREET LONDON WIF 7AX LONDON, UK. HE has givena phone number and fax number that is (Ph: 44 [protected] and Fax:44 [protected]). I contacted him to his email address and he asked me GBP 850 as his legal fee. I stopped there contacting him but he contacted me saying that I have to pay GBP 425 only as legalfee and made me believe that this is not a scam. I sent GBP 425 to the given account information{ MS SUKAZHI NOMHLE EDITH, ACC. NO: 57026622, SIWT CODE:MIDLGB22, HSBC LONDON.I asked for the winning money GBP 820000 but he asked me GBP 3339 for opening bank account.I was not able to continue and asked him to send my money back.He said that I have to only 2200 and he will pay the rest.I sold my everything even my house and sent the money.Again he asked GBP 6000 for two certificates but I was not able to give as I lost everything. He and the said agent steve informed that they will apy GBP 2000 each and i have to pay GBP 2000 only. I could get only GBP 800 and Larry Davies asked me to send the money and he will help me with the remaining. I sent them my money by loosing everything believining them that they may not cheat me. But now they are not saying anything and and still asking for money.I don't know what to do. I lost my evrything even my job. i am struggling to live . I expect just from the respected authority. Hey I'm sure, this is fake and purely scam. I too got mail like this and contact them. But they started to ask me some amount for transaction so i contact my friends and also searched in net. I Syed Iqbal Ali resident of Hyderabad, i i got a email about MSN/YAHOO LOTTERY two days before and i sent my details after that one man called from cell no [protected] and said me to deposit amount of 16,000/- to the given s.b.i. account no [protected], after that i got another email from rbi.[protected]@yahoo.in that they received a draft of £500,000.00 to Conversion/Transfer Charges they ask to pay 52,850 but i strucked and i called to RBI new Delhi, they said this is fake.I am a middle class man and i got cheated by this add please help me, i have receipt of the deposited amount of 16,000/- please anyone help me to get my money back.
I am requesting you sir please stop the people doing this and give them a severe treatment.
MSN/Yahoo Lottery — regarding non residential tax of MSN/Yahoo Lottery
Sir,I was selected as a winner in MSN/Yahoo annual Lottery out of 5 winners.
The amount is 7,50,000.00 pounds. I have also paid Rs 30,058.00 courier charges ( normal delivery class )to Inter Cargo Courier Company. Sir, now the courier company & Inland Revenue department is saying that I have to pay Non Residential Tax of 1750 Pounds.
My querry is whether the lottery or tax is genuine.
If the tax is genuine ,why not deduct the Tax Amount ( 1750 Pounds ) from my Principal Amount ( 7,50,000.00 Pounds ).
If I have to pay the Tax, why not I should pay the tax to revenue department directly.
Credibility of courier company is a big concern for me beacuse they have not told me about the tax, after depositing the courier charges. Sir, in our country ( India ), Rs 30058.00 & 1750 pounds equivalent to Rs 131,250.00 is a big amount.
Sir, my humble request to you is to go through the matter and inform me about the genuinity of the lottery & tax.
