[Resolved]  The Oriental Insurance Co Ltd. — Pending Mediclaim Policy 122300/48/2009/2738

Gentlemen,
I was employed with M/S FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES. I was treated for Inguinal Hernia on 27-10-08. and discharged on[protected]. On the directions of my HR Deptt. i submitted all the required forms and origional bills. but even afetr 6 months i have not received any satisfactory reply from either Financial Technologies or The Oriental Insurance Co Ltd. My Mediclaom Policy no is 122300/48/2009/2738.
I feel harrased.

Sir,
I am running an accedential policy and paying the premium regularly.
suppose, again i am going to pay the premium for current year and the officer who take to refuse the policy and tell me that my head told me not to take a policy of me.
so, plese tell me that is there is any -rule /section /clause -to discontinue or to stop /terminate the policy
by the Insurasce department.
Please reply as quick as possible.Your co-operation is required.

I don't know exactly. But can help you from my legal and experience in insurance industry background. Just ask the officer to give in writing that he doesn't want to renew the policy or send the mail to the regional in-charge of the company along with your email id to send you a link to payment of renewal premium citing all the facts. your policy will be renewed.
I am having oriental mediclaim cashless policy in corporate account please change my mother name on card.please tell me the procedure.
