Ticket — Amount Not Refunded

i would like to inform you that i was booked ticket for Aashiqui 2 on 27th April 2013 though my union bank debit card but ticket was not booked and i recd. sms transaction failed, than i was call for customer care center they have said my amount will be return 10 days, i have got the reference no.[protected] i also sent mail 4 time for resolving my but they are not responding and i am yet to chase for my amount, so kindly to take necessary action against them.
