[Resolved]  Ticket — Misbehaviour of Ticket Counter

Dear Sir,
I am staying in Matunga One of the Suburbs in Mumbai.For taking ticket for local trains in Matunga having two options.In the Upper area of Matunga Central Railway ticket counter is horrific for any one
The Guy on the ticket counter behaves like to anyone like a dog
everytime went for a ticket he needs exact fare for each ticket.otherwise he never issues the ticket

two times i have forced to buy additonal routes ticket for making changes for him


I hope that railway is giving some training to every emploees for how to behave.

As per them they dont have any appraisal no bonus on their perofrmance .whatever they do or not to do their account always credited
