Hi,
I have traveled from Hyderabad to Singapore on 25th May 2013 by Tiger Airways TR 2625.
My luggage TR 5113212 chain has been cut and my Dell Streak Mobile and Charger is taken out (stolen).
The mobile current price is INR 18k. Mobile IMEI number:[protected]
I have raised complaint with airline, they replied to my mail saying they are looking in to the matter and come back soon. Its been more than 10 days I have not got any response even after sending multiple followup mail.

I traveled from Singapore to Hyderabad by Tiger Airways on 13 January 2015 vide PNR no. L515NS in flight no. TR2624 on seat no. 13D.
I had checked in 3 pieces of baggage totally weighing 40 kgs.
The flight landed in Hyderabad around 0100 hrs of 15 January and by the time I passed through immigration, customs and collected my baggage it was almost 0200 hrs and I reached home only around 0500 hrs and immediately went to sleep.
When I opened one of my baggage this afternoon ( baggage tag no. [protected] ), having a self number lock, I found my iPhone 4S ( packed in its box packing ) as well as my Canon camera ( kept in its pouch ) missing. There were quite a few other valuables too in the bag, but they were kept intact.
Me and my family are regular travelers in Tiger and this is first time this has happened to us. I just fail to understand to what level their staff has gone to reach the locking code number, opened the bag, robbed the items and locked it back. Apparently, there is some organized syndicate behind this. I am also sure, I am not the sole victim and such people must be habitual offenders.
I complained to Tiger Airways immediately and thought they will uphold their name and reputation and do everything possible to track the criminals and get me back my valuable possessions, but they not only failed to do anything remedial, my complaint did not deserve even an acknowledgement from them.
In this age of electronic social media, word travels pretty fast online, and they should have take immediate steps to avoid this kind of negative publicity at all costs for a growing airline like theirs.
