timesdeal, Brandzshop — No delivery, No refund
Dear Sir/Madam,I had ordered RAYBAN Sunglasses from timesdeal under an offer on 9th Nov 2011. Afer few days I recieved a call from times deal that the order cannot be processed due to technical difficulties and the money will be returned. It's been three weeks & out of the INR 1500 only 149 Has been refunded. I am still waiting for the INR 1349 refund. Please advice next course of action. Do I need to apprach consumer courts & file a case. I do not want others to be cheated & hence can take time out to follow this up in consumer court.

I am also facing same issue. They are saying contact Brandzshop but every attempt to contact them is in vain. Their phone no. is switched off and they respond to emails. Both timesdeal and brandzshop are totaly cheat companies. They are just duping people of their money.
