                      i bought a 50 rs code from timesdeal.com for a recharge of rs 100

                      i have not received as promo code ..balnce was deducted from bank..please help me ...

                      It has been two months no solution made. Further I will contact to Consumer Court
                      Timesdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I had purchased an offer from timesdeal but while paying it showed transaction failed. however, the money had been deducted from my bank account. later when i called them to get my money back, they simply denied saying that cancellation is not allowed. there is no such information available online. Online transactions are built on trust. If the trust factor is compromised then how can we use this medium of transaction. Please help !!!

                        I purchased a deal from TIMESDEAL.COM.
                        orderID: TD404759 on JULY 3 2012.

                        The deal happend to be only for LADIES. I did miss the point,since the
                        SALON mentioned was a UNI-SEX SALON and no where highlighted that it was
                        for females only.
                        Also, when i called SALON, i spoke to a person and he confirmed my appointment
                        on Saturday 7th July 2012.
                        But when i called up on saturday,to confirm my appointment, i was refused any
                        kinda of appointment!!!
                        Now TIMESDEAL is refusing to refund my money. I had made online payment!!
                        i need my money back and apology from TIMESDEAL for talking rudely,when i called
                        up customer care!!

                          i paid Rs.50 on timesdeal.com for a Rs.100 paytm mobile voucher. After payment, the voucher which was mailed to me was invalid on paytm website.

                          when i try to use the voucher, paytm.com reports this voucher is invalid.

                          phone calls and emails to their support ([protected]@timesdeal and [protected]@timesdeal) are falling on deaf ears.

                          this is a terrific fraud .... wasting people's time and energy and cheating individuals of Rs.50, cheapest level of bulk fraud.

                            I had placed two orders on 9th May-2012 for a restaurant deal from timesdeal.com
                            Order No.TD298026 & TD307812

                            The amount got deducted from my bank account but i did not get the coupons. When contacted the customer care number[protected] i was told to mail at their given id <[protected]@timesdeal.com> and i was told that their server has some problem and the coupon will be generated in 24 hours.

                            I had called today (11th May-2012) and they are saying the same thing.
                            I requested them to revert my order id as i have still not received the coupons and i was told that it is not possible. I have send reminder mails which they have not replied.

                            This is clear case consumer being cheated. They are not able to send me coupons as their server is down and they are not ready to cancel the transaction saying that it is not possible.

My order number is TD357360 and My ref No. for hdfc bank is[protected] Online payment gateway transaction got stuck, hence i didn't get deal voucher and timesdeal confirmation, however my bank account got debitted immediately got bank e-mail confirmation as well. I rang timesdeal customer support to register my complain but they did not pick up the phone

                                and i did not recieve deal voucher. I got no response, they didn't stick to the promise of 24 hrs resolution or sending deal voucher after getting my banks debit confirmation. I am still waiting for there response. Could any one help me take decision, if my case stands good chance in consumer court.

                                    I have take a online deal from TIMESDEAL that is ac service, i paid all amount in advance then they assure that the service will be given on appointment and with in one month . i had taken 5-7 appointment but not a single time person will come .i call times customer support near 10 to 15 times and talk to Sr. manager MR.                                         I would like to give a complaint against Body and Soul salon in Aundh, Pune. I got a confirmation from them before purchasing the timesdeal offer that i would be given 1 hr body massage, 30 mins of head massage and 30 mins of clean up. Timesdeal.com advertised that they are offering 4100 Rs worth of services for Rs 400. I was cheated by this vendor as they gave only 15-20 mins worth of services for each one of the items. On speaking with the manager, they speak with you as if we have come in for free service. This salon is full of liars and cheats, and the service they provide is also 3rd class. I would not recommend anyone going here..
