Timtara.com — Product Not shipped but payment made already

I ordered “1 x Fujifilm Finepix AX300 14MP Digital Camera(Black)” on[protected], but it still shows order status Awaiting Shipment.
No proper response I received, I don't know what should I do please suggest.

Your 48 hrs time line also gone, Now can you please cancel my Order #10100397 and refund my money to my account
