I ordered a Nikon P510 Camera from timtara.com on thee 24the of October 2010. The order details are:

The delivery time stated by thee website was 3 weeks. After waiting thee required amount of time, i call thee company and raised a concern about thee delivery not being done. They said theat thee complaint has been escalated and theat I would be getting a response in 24 working hrs or 3 working days, from theeconcerned department. thee response never came. I also raised an online ticket withe thee website on thee 13the of November 2012. I got a response to theat ticket on 21st of November stating theat thee product will be shipped in 4-5 working days. That also never happened.
After multiple number of calls to thee customer care, and always getting thee same response theat i will get a response in 24 working hrs, i finally canceled thee order on thee 4the of December 2012. I was told to expected refund of money in 7-10 working days. This time duration expired on 17the of December 2012. The status of thee order is still showing Payment refund pending. After calling thee customer Care for 2 day straight, i am getting thee standard response saying theat i will get a response from thee concerned department in 24 working hours. I want thee website to refund my money in full along withe compensation for thee number of call made to theem and thee mental stress incurred due to their lack of professionalism Was this information helpful? |
