Timtara.com — Non supply even after more than a month and two revisions in the shipment dates | |
I had placed an order on 24 FEB 2012 as under on timtara.com: Order No. 10198649 PRODUCT Philips Multigroom Grooming Kit - QG3250/32(QG3250/32) TOTAL PRICE Rs. 1,549 DELIVERY TIME Delivery in 10-15 Working Days As the delivery dis not happen as stated, on sending several emails, was promised shipment on 21 March 2012 vide email dated 14 March 2012. Shipment did not happen on that date also. Again after several emails, was informed that shipment will happen within a week vide email dated 25 March 2012. That period is also over and there is no information on shipment. The customer service is pathetic and non-existent. Impossible to get through customer care no.[protected], smsm response from [protected] and response to emails addressed to [protected]@timtara.com; [protected]@timtara.com and [protected]@timtara.com. On googeling, came to know about several others suffering the same thing. Will like to warn all probable customers against this site. Was this information helpful? | |

I do not know whether it is a case of willful negligence towards the customer, bad intentions or a genuine case of lack of requisite infrastructure for a start-up venture. But, unless the customer centric approach is adopted for all the cases, it will be a difficult journey for it.
