Hello Team, I placed an order at timtara.com for delivery of digital camera. My order no is 10385570. I made the transaction through debit card worth Rs 5200. They have taken my money and have not delivered the order yet. Their customer care executives always made excuses. Their official site promises the delivery within 3 weeks. But its been more than 3 weeks waiting for my order. They gave the contact numbers of their seniors bu they also not responding to my query. I am being fooled by timtara.com. I have ordered for philips men grooming kit qg3250 on 24th dec. And its been more than 15 working days from the order given. But i have not received any material yet. I receved a confir ation email showing 8-10 days delivery. I tried to contact them but its really hard to reach them. Customer care executive says it will be despatched in 1-2 days. But status is showing awaiting shipment from last 15 days. Please help in refund of my money. I think they are cheating every customer
