Timtara.com — Timtara.com not deliver my order

i have ordered 2 Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobile Phone from "Timtara.com". i was told that it will be delivered to me within 21 working days.but it already been 30 days and still they are not giving any response. i call them , customer care say your complaint are rag ester pl z wait timtara repressive answer with in 3 working day but not a contact me any timtara person.
i ordered my product on wef 26th feb 2013. and still not received yet.
kindly register my complaint and act accordingly!!
