lodge a complaint with your credit card company for chargeback. Tell bank that there is RBI guideline for chargeback if product is not received. Send them proof of correspondence with Timtara.

I have ordered canon camera on 22 Sept 2012 on timtara. order number#10329440, delivery period is 3 week. but still I don't get product. I have raise request to cancel my order on 20 Oct 2012. but still order status is "Awaiting shipment" . Whenever we call customer care people they are said it will be done within 2 day. Till the day no progress. Neither I get refund nor product. I have seen my complain against them on same forum. can we all join together and file case against timtara.com on consumer court. Order #10350642, timtara cheating customers, BEWARE do not buy anything from them, I brought a TV of worth 22000/-, ONE MONTH passed so far, those people not yet shipped nor refunded my amount, they blocked my amount, whenever I call customer support, they will tell that delay from the vendor and I will receive in next week but that will FAIL and they will be telling the same thing soooo onnnnn. I do not know when they refund my money, it is loss of interest of my money and my time

I had purchased Samsung phone from TIMTARA on 14 January 2013 worth Rs 13000. they promised me to deliver product within three weeks but till now I didn't received product moreover customer helpdesk is telling to wait 1 more week. I have very bad experience with timtara online shopping. I have shopped first time with timtara and after placing samsung galaxt s2 mobile order no. 10332940 and now after already 20days non receipt of my material and the customer support of timtara I am really disheartened.
