DEAR SIR, I HAD SEEN SONY 3D LED TV PROMO AND BAJAJ FINANCE 0 PERCENT INTEREST AND PROCESSING CHARGE PROMO AND APPROACHED TIRUMALA MUSIC CENTRE (TMC), VIZAG ON 16 OCT 2010 FOR PURCHASE OF THE SAME UNDER 18/2 FINANCE SCHEME. I HAD BARGAINED THE SONY KDL-40HX800 MODEL SONY 3D LED TV FOR RS. 115000/- WITH TMC, VIZAG AND OPTED FOR 18/2 FINANCE SCHEME FROM BAJAJA FINANCE. I HAD SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS THERE AND YOUR BAJAJ FINANCE EXECUTIVE HAD SHOWN ME THE ILLUSTRATION THAT HOW I HAD TO DOWNPAYMENT AND WHAT WOULD BE MY MONTHLY EMI AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO PAY RS. 1778/- AS PART OF INSURANCE CHARGES. I AGREED AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS. BUT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE AND UNPLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCES CREATED BY TMC, VIZAG DUE TO THEIR UNFRIENDLY DEALINGS WITH ME I HAD DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE THE SONY 3D LED TV FOR RS. 115000/- FOR THAT PARTICULAR TIME AND RETURNED BACK THINKING THAT I'LL GO FOR IT LATER. AND AGAIN ON 29 OCT 2010 I HAD APPROACHED TMC, VIZAG AGAIN FOR PURCHASE OF SONY 3D LED TV AFTER ARRANGING SOME MONEY FOR BUYING THE SAME AND REST AS A FINANCE FROM BAJAJ FINANCE. BUT THIS TIME YOUR EXECUTIVE OVER THERE IN TMC, VIZAG HAD SHOWN ME INFATUATED ILLUSTRATIONS WHICH CONTAINING A LUMPSUM AMOUNT OF RS. 10, 000/- APPROX AS PART OF PROCESSING AND INSURANCE CHARGES. WHICH HE HAD NOT SHOWN ME EARLIER ON 16 OCT 2010. THEN WHEN I ENQUIRED HIM REGARDING THE SAME, HE TOLD ME THAT THOSE CHARGES ARE UNAVOIDABLE BD PROCESSING CHARGES. NOW SIR, PLS TELL ME WHY YOU ARE GIVING MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS LIKE ZERO PERCENT INTEREST AND ZERO PERCENT PROCESSING FEE IN PUBLIC MEDIA. YOU ARE GIVING ADS LIKE THAT AND COLLECTING MONEY FROM US BY TELLING SOME OTHER FINANCIAL PROCESS TERMINOLOGY. OK RS. 1778/- INSURANCE CHARGES IS OK I AM READY TO PAY FOR IT. BUT WHY A HEFTY AMOUNT OF RS. 7000/- APPROX AS BD CHARGES ? WHAT ARE THESE ? ARE THESE NOT PROCESSING CHARGES ? THEN WHY YOU ARE GIVING SUCH ADS TO MISLEAD CONSUMERS LIKE US ? PLEASE GIVE ME CLARIFICATION ON THIS MATTER. PLS REPLY ME AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME IMMEDIATELY
