Iam regular customer of TMC kompally
I would like to inform you that i purchased LG REFRIGERATOR MODEL NO GL-T542 GDWLDDWZEBN tmc in the year 2017, NOV
I have done extended warranty with LG AMC for 7 years. Right now my fridge was under repair and for further proceedings i have to submit my invoice copy as my fridge was under warranty. When i called to the tmc customer care they said that it will take nearly one week for issuing my invoice copy.
So, please help me in this regard.

I bought a Sony LED 32" TV from TMC, Hydernagar, Hyderabad in 28th Aug 2015. Now the TV got some problems, and I asked a TV technician to get it repaired. So, he revealed that the TV was made up by 2010 and belongs to 2010 model only. I really shocked to hear that, because I bought it in 2015, how come the model and manufacturing year will be 2010. So finally, I got to know that I was misguided, and without knowing me they sold an old model tv to me. This is not acceptable, ridiculous. Now I called TMC, but now its become Vijay sales, and no one is there to clarify it or take care of it. I need justice in this.

I am a purchasing dell laptop actual mrp of the product is 36, 841 but they display 37, 699/- after discounted the product 36, 840 rs showing, they are telling 859 as discount after discounting price is 36, 840 rs this price is actual product of the price only...

After billing am checking with box mrp i know that they wantedly increased price cheating customers...

The store manager tmc madinaguda and staff also misbehavior and mentally tarchered to me...

Please take a action on this.

I had bought a washing machine on 19 may, 2020, it has been 8 days but the machine has not been installed yet. Tmc has not sent any technician yet and the company is not even responding to my calls. The company has pathetic after sales service. Really regretting buying from tmc!

Hi sir, we bought whirlpool ac from tmc rajahmundry on april 17th... But installation is not done yet... When we contacted manager, they provided a no. For service person... After contacting them, now they are saying, we cannot provide free installation and institing on chargeable installation... During purchase they promised for free installtion, when asking for the same thing, the answer is due to corona effect no service persons are available... But if no service persons are available, how can they assure for chargeable installation, and in such cases how service persons are available... So please take a look on this matter and give a loyal response... Thank you...

I'm one of the old customer of tmc abids branch hyderabad and i have issues with my product. I have already complained my complaint number hy[protected]. I have been calling them since from last 3 days, but no one has responded to me. When i was talked to customer service they told that technician will visit our address, but no has arrived till now. I have spoked to supervisor ansul but no use. No one is taking care of customer. As soon as possible resolve my issue. If not i do not purchase any more from tmc. Such a waste customer service

I have purchased a samsung washing machine 6.5kgs and samsung 324 let’s refrigerator from tmc bhel branch on 07august. I received a demo and damaged washing machine two time and till today it was not delivered yet. Still i was said i will receive it tomorrow. It’s the worst experience i ever had from any other store. I want the solution for the issue

I have purchased a samsung refrigerator from tirumala music center, malakpet on 7.11.18. On 16.12.18, it was delivered and the technician came and opened the sealed product on 25.12.18 it was damaged and intimated to mrs. Kavitha ([protected]), she replaced the same on 31.12.18 by default it was also a damaged. Now they are saying it will take 1 week to deliver the same.
