Recently i shifted from Delhi to Mumbai and booked Tirupati Balaji Cargo Packers & Movers (a unit of Tirupati Balaji Transport Co.) - Plot no. 1088, near Olympic GYM Bijwasan new Delhi -64. They turned out to be real frauds as many precious articles are missing when we received our stuff/baggage at Mumbai. There was lot many damages to the furniture which was duly covered under the insurance (which was charged extra from us & was assured that even a little scratch would be refunded to us) that we took from them. To our dismay none of the call that we are making to them is picked, they are giving us absolutely no response to the complaint that we want to make against them. Moreover it is a mental harassment to me & my wife as it is a new city, with lot many responsibilities along. The total damages in monetary sence is costing me Rs. 30,000/- aprox. This fraud unit has a website www.tbcpackersandmovers.com and email as [protected]@t.b.c.packersandmovers.com / [protected]@tbcpackersandmovers.com. Their contact no.s are - [protected] / [protected] / [protected] /[protected]. They also have or may be they claim that they have more than 25 branches at PAN India. BALAJI PACKERS AND MOVERS — NON DELIVERY OF BOOKED LUGGAGE

I HAVE BOOKED MY PERSONAL EFFECTS ON 17/02/2010 FROM MUMBAI FOR TIRUPATI. BUT TILL NOW THE PACKERS AND MOVERS NAMED BALAJI PACKERS AND MOVERS HAS NOT DELIVERED MY PERSONAL EFFECTS. WHEN I CONTACT HIM HE ALWAYS SAID THAT TOMORROW YOU WILL RECEIVED BUT TILL NOW HE HAS NOT DELIVERED AND NOT RESPONDING MY PHONE CALLS.

They have cheated me also and damaged and stolen my goods.I shifted from Noida to Bangalore in january 2010.

Yes, These guys are fully frauds guys. Thank god i came with them while shifting my laggege from Mumbai to Pune. They are least bother about our valuables. They packed the things very badly, it will be risky.

I am also victim of a incident. while shifting my households, i was coming with them. and on the way they asked me to give 1000 Rs as an advance. i gave it them. but unfortunatly at the time of full payment i forgot to detuct that money. Now i am trying to reaching that person name is Ramesh Poonia since last 1 month. everytime he says i m here & there. he is not returning my money. His no. is [protected].

Please aware of these kind of frouds

Yes I have faced the same issue. they had given quotation for 6, 500/- and after packing everything they demanded 18000.when i refused the amount, accepted for 9000/- .Later they did not deliver my luggage. ans demanding 15000 more .with out that they will not deliver the goods.

Yesterday, I called Tirupathi Balaji Cargo Packers & Movers agent to get Quote for Luggage transport : Delhi to Bangalore : He gave me quote, and demanding some money at Quotation time, That is not fare., and after reading this review, I will never use this TBC packers & Movers service.

I got a quote for 38, 000/- including car to deliver from Faridabad to Bangalore, I paid advance of 26, 000/-
They delivered my vehicle near by village which is around 70 kms to Bangalore and they're not lifting my calls any more. I have picked the vehicle by my own from an unknown person.
Now, my goods have not yet delivered even after 10 days also now they're demanding total of 55, 000/- with paying that, they said they will not deliver my goods ( Subhas, Narender and Rohit) .
I want to file a police case for this episode and to see that, these people leave this transport business.Atleast others can get benefitted by this action.
I will definately file a police case and need all you guys help for proff.

I also feel cheated aging from same company Tirupati Balaji Packers and Movers. I have to transfer my Bike to Nagpur to my younger Brother and i call and i got reference from Just dial, they have picked my bike from Sector 15, 20 days back but till date my bike is with them and they are not coming on phone and Address which they have mention on Bill is again wrong. They is no existences of this address. I have tried from another numbers, now they are asking 2000 rs from me to transport or to return me back. The phone number is [protected], [protected]. I have been a victim of same. My items are missing, broken and in pathetic conitions. Even they are not giving original RC, insurance copy and key of my bike. They are not respoding my calls, moreover attending the calls in very unprofessional way.
