Titan / Fast Track — Titan is making fool to their customers | |||
I have bought Fastrack watch 2 years back cost 1500/- Rs. Now its fibre belt is breaking from one side. I visited all the dealer shops in Lucknow for new strap. They said this can't be repair because company has discontinued spare parts for that model. This has to go to company & company will value your watch. Approx you get 50% of the actual cost. That means for 1500 Rs watch i am going to get only 750 Rs at max. What a ? The main problem is u cannot put any other local strap on it. So now its like a waste for me. But you will get amazed to know that particular model of watch is still available in Titan showrooms if you want to purchase a new one. I bought it with a thought that i don't need any watch for next 4-5 years. Also you get 50% value only if you are buying again Titan watch else throw it in a dustbin. I am highly disappointed with the service provided by this company which is so reputed. They are not willing to help their customers. It might be possible that company is refurbishing of taken back watches & send back again its showroom for its resale at full price. What a business strategy by Titan to making fool their customers. Titan suck, If the customer is not happy, your brand is in a bit of danger because not only will you loose this customer but with his bad word of mouth you will lose many probable customers.
