Titan Industries Limited — Not Getting Service All service delay because of Speed Post

Dear Sir,

We are having the Corporate office at Bangalore from there we are sending the goods through speed post. from last 3 months we are facing the problem that spped post at Malviya Nagar is not delivering the parcell at doors and asking. Mr Gopal is the post master stateing that you have to coolect the parcell from the branch otherwise we will be sending these back to your company and he did it twice.

Have registered the complaint at your GPO office Ms shashi Madam is there Tel No[protected]. again when i called for status she is not availiable and the gentleman advice me that onle when she came will reply.

Mr Gopal again called that your parcell has been kept here pls pickup otherwise we will be sending back. When I personally called to Mr Gopal he says that Jo karna hai kar lo aap mera kuch nhai bigad sakte aap jase 36 dekta hun din mai.

Pls help and avaid to stop my company to file a case and stop doing business to speed post.

pls reply ASAP.
