[Resolved]  Titan Watches — warranty /guarantee

I have purchased a Titan Watch on dt. 30/07/10 costing 2100/- from CHANDRAPUR WORLD OF TITAN .Within 10 days of its purchasing wrist belt got dislodged fortunately watch remain safe even it failed down on road.Soon after incidence I approached your world o titan ,To my surprised I received a joking response that Belt is not under warrantee. I would like to ask
1) Whose responsibility is it?
2) Who is responsible if the wrist watch gets damaged for ever?
3) A leather belt got dislodge i.e. joint opened within 10 days from the wrist of a 12 year old student and you are giving me in writting about warrantee.Dont you think is a shamful act on the part of TATAS?
4)As of now and herein after I dont have interest in your products Will you pl return my 2100/- at the earliest?

I bought a ceramic watch of titan on 14.08.15. Unfortunately its strap broke out due to fall. I went titan service care where I got information which was shocking. He said, I will have to change strap completely which price is around 5000. My watch price is 10k. There is a query from my side. Is it right that after six month I have to expense 5000 rs only for that my strap has broken. If one part of strap would availaiable then my money will solve. Pl provide some option to repair of strap
I have purchased Titan octane (Variant No:- 9211NM01) costing Rs 6800/- (after discount from Rs 8500/-) dated[protected] from M/s Kalyani Distibutors, Kol-47.

After one year My watch started to give me trouble some times minute hand not working, some time timer hand.Even I found rust on stainless steel chain.
From that days my watch had deposited 3 times to Customer Care for an average 15 days.Now the warranty period is void.Again I visited the customer Care Centre of Titan and said you bring all your receipt.But previously they told me you must bring the warranty card only.

Still problems exist in my watch... I feel so cheated. And think that how my hard earning wasted in such wasted (and pathetic) product

i bought a titan watch on[protected] costing Rs.5500. after one month its chain faded and after 10 months its dial got fell from the watch. i gave it to the titan dealer from where i bought it Krishna Watches Meerut, U.P. after one and half month he called me ur watch is done n u have to pay RS 1580 because company does not warranty the chain and dial. my question is why should i pay if its under warranty period. if the company does not replace things at her own why shoukd i buy titan? if i would have gone to a local vender i would get it done in 1 day at Rs.500. i will never buy any titan watch.
I purchased a Zoop watch from World of Titan at Belagavi & the watch stopped frequently. They changed the battery, machine and the problem came again. I had to travel 10 times to their showroom to get the watch back. Still the problem is there . They refused to give replacement. Worst watch company

I bought the titan ceramic watch for 10k just a month ago. Accidentally 1st clip of strap was broke as it fell from short distance. I asked the service center regarding the strap but they said I will have to change the whole strap costing half the price of that watch i.e. 5k, just for 1 clip. I request you to provide the clip for the ceramic strap as early as possible.
I bought the titan ceramic watch and was accidentally 1st clip of strap was broken. How foolish titan fellow, they asked 5000rs for this single clip. Really, high disappointed seen with titan?
