I placed an order on the Titan website on 27th July 2025, and as of today, 8th August, it has been 10 business days without resolution. The package remains undelivered, and the refund has not been initiated, despite multiple follow-ups.

I'm no longer interested to accept consignment as it get delayed. Please initiate the refund.

I followed up with the Titan customer care and BlueDart customer care. No one responded as expected. I sen8them legal notice with 7 days of time period looping Titan MD and legal team in an email. At the same time I posted thi scenario on X mentioning Titan & BlueDart. After two weeks the case has resolved.

Titan Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by meAmolJadhav Titan has sent the package through Bluedart ( tracking id [protected]). While ordering delivery date shown was 2nd of August. Now it's been a 10 business days (8th of August) still the bluedart tracking system showing the package still sitting at the same place (Ovali Etail Unit). No one is giving a clear resolution. I already paid the upfront amount and still I'm not getting the product. I need help to get my refund as I'm not interested to accept that package anymore.
