[Resolved]  Titan Company — Titan Eyeplus Spectacles

I purchased eye glasses from your branch at Vesu, Surat. Two ye glasses in Rs.2000/-. With in 2-3 months the glasses which I was using became hazy (cloudy). I complained to the branch executive. he said that the spectacle with glasses are made and delivered to us from the company factory. And he refused to be of any help. I requested him to send it to the company but he refused to help. Then I started using another spectacle. For last few months it has also become hazy. I feel headache when I use that hazy glass. I am very sorry to say that branded company like Titan supplies such poor quality material and then its dealer raises his hand to help. I am a middle class man I thought I was under the impression that as I am going FOR TITAN BRAND WHICH MEANS QUALITY AND WILL GIVE THE BEST. Better I would have purchased from a local shopkeeper. I request the company to refund the amount if not then at least exchange the glasses. Thanks, Rahul N Punjwani
