[Resolved]  Tneb — Online Payment

i'm rajesh; paid my EB bill online once; it is completed smoothly... for the next bill i'm not able to select the icici net banking?!

single phase use

3 phase line but working 1 phase exam time children struggle for past one week, complaints to 1912 many more times no response.take necessary action.
I paid my EB bill Rs 920/- on 20.09.2016, the first transaction was failed and the second transaction was succeed but both transaction amount were debited from my account. So i request you to kindly reimburse my failed transaction amount Rs 920/ at the earliest as soon as possible.
