[Resolved]  TNEB Online Website — TN Electric bill site IS NOT working

TNEB Site is often down (i.e 5 or 6 days in a month!). Poor performance!

One of the worst sites. The site is behaving like their government employees. It said bad credentials but it logged in. Worst of all, it shows no records found.I have been paying bills using the site for more than 2 years, yet it says no records found.TNEB site has become another useless government website.

Service restoration is too bad . This is for the team maintaining this site

Its showing no records found for all pages, even for feedback page also. no contacts has been disclosed for these kind of errors. very very poor.

i has been added 10 consumer number.. 7 consumer accounts are automatically deleted. and i cant possible to delete any consumer numbers.. as well as add.. i cant do anything in this websites.. world's number 1 worst website .. this is working and behaving like government employees especially EB employees...

am online eb payment user. this is one of the worldest worst site.i hate your site...

I payed the amount, but before getting bill the website got unresponce . Local line man came and disconnected the eb line. if server is not in active why they are active for disconnecting the eb line. what a fool policy they fallow.
I simply hate the tneb and their fool systems

I am new to the online payment portal for TNEB and faced Pay Bill option is not working and most of the other options are also not working including the customer support( getting the below pasted error msg), will this be addressed by the concerned officials ? not able to proceed on bill payment.
